He has been active in the funeral industry for over 17 years. He is the President and co-owner of BONGO sp. z o.o. and the President of the FIAT-IFTA World Federation of Funeral Operatives which has members in over 80 countries. He is the first Pole in this position. At FIAT-IFTA, he coordinates matters related to the international transport of the deceased. From 2013 to 2019, he was Vice-President of the Polish Funeral Association. He was responsible for coordinating two Memento trade fair exhibitions in 2008 and 2010. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Łódź.

He has over 26 years of professional experience in companies operating in various sectors of the economy (energy, logistics, chemical industry, food industry, fertiliser production). His areas of expertise include building shareholder value, improving the efficiency of companies, developing and implementing strategies, raising financing and implementing investment projects, organic growth of companies, and M&A. He also has experience in managing public companies and handling capital market relations. In his professional career, he has held management positions in companies such as Stelmet S.A., Grupa Azoty S.A., Boryszew S.A. or Bumar-Hydroma S.A. Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Department of Economic Sciences and Management (specialisations: production process management and industrial enterprise management). He has also completed numerous postgraduate programmes, including in commercial companies law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University and company value management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds an MBA from the School of Business – National Louis University.
