Grupa Klepsydra acquires Gloria Funeral Home and Crematorium in Wrocław

Grupa Klepsydra, the leader in Poland’s funeral services market and the first company from this segment listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW), has announced the acquisition of Gloria Funeral Home in Wrocław, comprising a funeral home operating since 1989 and a crematorium. To this end, the Company entered into a transactional agreement concerning the acquisition of the enterprises: Gloria sp. z o.o. and Gloria Funeral sp. z o.o. from Wrocław. The acquiring entity is Centrum Pogrzebowe Gloria, a company belonging to Grupa Klepsydra and headquartered in Wrocław. This will be the first company of Grupa Klepsydra operating in Wrocław and the Lower Silesia region.
